Why should we choose Mr Bounce Events:

Do you have Public Liability Insurance:
YES,Our Public Liability Insurance covers up to £10 Million which covers for faulty equipment. If supervised by yourselves Please make sure you have you own insurance against any accidents as this is always your own responsibility. If P&J Entertainments are supervising the equipment for you we have full accident insurance as well.
Do you add VAT to your prices?
All item's are subject to VAT.

Is your equipment safe and regularly tested:
Yes,All our equipment is tested to the European standard EN149/60 2013. Inflatables this means either by RPII OR PIPA Certificate,Electrical items are all PAT tested.
Do you provide power if the event is on a field:
YES,If no power is available when you are ordering your equipment please let us know and we will add a generator or petrol fans to you order with a small additional fee.
How far do you deliver as i see you are located in London:
We provide our services all over the UK and boarding Countries.
What ever units we choose do you set them up for us to use:
Yes,Any equipment we deliver is always fully set up and ready to use.
Do I need a side entrance to my garden?
Subject to the size of the castle it is not necessary to have a side entrance to your garden. We can access your garden through your home. Please make sure you let us know this when you make your booking. You must ensure that there is a clear path through your home as we will not be held responsible for any damages while accessing your garden this way.
How do we pay for the event:
We will need 25% within 48hrs of ordering to secure your booking, then the balance due 10 days prior to the event date unless credit terms are in place.
How do we make any payments for your services:
Credit card during office hours ,Bac's payment, or a payment link can be sent to you via Square.
Do your bouncy castles have shower covers?
Yes, most of our bouncy castles / inflatables have shower/sun covers. Just check on the bouncy castle details to confirm this or gives us a call. These are only effective in light rain or showers.
Do we get any refund if it rains on the day of our event and we have to cancel it:
NO,But we will try to be very generous on your next event to help you to retrieve any losses.
Are there any time limits for our events:
No, Whatever times are stated when you are booking with us we will quote for those times,But standard is usually 4/5 Hours operating times.
What time do you deliver and collect?
We usually deliver units between 08:00am and 12:00noon and we can collect them up until 19:00pm for garden hires. (subject to availability) Later collections are available at an additional cost. However we will try to accommodate you in any way we can if these times are not suitable.
Hall/Venue hires will be delivered and set up accordingly.
Is all the equipment on your website your own or are you an Agency:
99% of everything on our Website is our own equipment and operated/supervised by our own fully trained in house staff. The only items not owned by Mr Bounce Events are the large Fun Fair rides, they have been sourced by ourselves. Over many years of working in that field. All our fun fair operators are reliable to us as we give them a lot of work and wouldn't dare let us down apart from something out of their control.
Are your supervisors police checked:
YES, They all have current DBS checks.

YES, absolutely we want you to become a regular hirer for many years to come.
Are you of of the cheapest for hiring out fun equipment:
No, We cannot guarantee to be the cheapest because all our equipment is top quality goods for commercial use, We are not here to cut corners please feel free to read our reviews.

Can i order any items that are not on your website:
YES, We have a wide range of other companies we work with on a regular basis, If we can book our equipment and some of their equipment for you at the same time we will. This will take all the pressure off you and make us your 1 phone number shop.
Can you supply power for our equipment:
If we can we will,Please discuss what items you need to power when ordering our equipment, You may need to find out what wattage your equipment will need.
Do I need to supply my own music for the Disco dome/Disco slide/Disco castles?
Yes. The Disco dome/Disco slide/Disco castles comes with blue tooth technology so you can link up your own playlist from your computer, tablet or iphone. It does not come with music, you must provide your own.
I am hiring a slush machine but wanted to know if i can put it outside?
We recommend that a slush machine is set up indoors, out of direct sunlight, in a cool environment. This way it will help the machine to stay cool and help it to freeze.
If you hire the machine and place it outside in direct sunlight this will have serve delays on the freezing time of the machine. We will not be held responsible if the machine does not slush if you do not adhere to our recommendations.
The venue i am hiring requires stairs to access the room, is this still ok to hire?
Yes, however there would be an additional charge for lifting the equipment up flights of stairs if there is no other means of access to the room. ie. a Lift
This would apply to all equipment being hired
On delivery, if there are any provisions the client has failed to inform the company of, such as stairs, obstructions, excess distance to site (over 50m), no parking facilities, rough ground surface, inadequate space etc then a further charge would be applied.
I am hiring multiple items from you but i would like them delivered at different times throughout the day, is this possible?
Our prices are based on one delivery and one collection time, therefore subject to other bookings and commitments on the day multiple deliveries may not be possible. However if we are able to accommodate you then you would be liable to pay any further delivery charges.
I want to hire the Photo Booth/Magic Mirror for the duration of my party but i only want it functioning for a few hours, do i have to pay for the idol hours?
Yes. Prices for our Photo Booth/Magic mirror are for consecutive hours. Idol hours are charged at £50 + VAT per hour it is not being used.
We are hiring you for our school fete, and i am not sure if i have forgotten anything, do you have a check list?
Yes, absolutely! As a school we understand how important it is to you that your day runs as smoothly as possible. So we have generated a check list for you to consider before your event. This will be emailed over to you 2 weeks prior to your booking date. This includes a summary of the products you have hired, how to make payments, the location of your products, and a list of things you may have missed, just to make sure nothing is left out or forgotten before we arrive. We also recommend you create a floor plan and email it over to us 7 days before we arrive, this way when our drivers arrive at your location, they know exactly where you would like your items positioned.
Is the chocolate for the fountain unlimited?
No. We provide chocolate according to how many servings you want catered for. For example if you have 200 guests we will provide enough chocolate for one portion per person. Once guests start to dip in the fountain the chocolate will start to flow less evenly and will eventually stop.
